We booked through the Fork on Sunday with our friends and tasted all local pettinates with first-option ingredients. Mixed pastries of very good pastries turning different tastes, even particulars. Then two first choices of the miraculous pasta with the excellent St. Peter fish and one spaghetti with the cakes made in their way with other ingredients than usual, which did not excite me much. The hotel is a quiet and quiet room with a little crowd and willingness to meet the client to make him feel like home. Bolls to taste everything and to finish taste of really quality loves. I advise you if you are in Gaeta and you want to taste typical Gaetan tradition and stay in one of the historical places of the Capoto longshore in front of the sea. Bellissima villa immersa nel verde totale. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, l&rsquo;accoglienza della signora cameriera Francesca, &egrave; stata molto gentile e disponibilissima&hellip; per quanto riguarda le pietanze, Il tagliere di formaggi era abbastanza saporito&hellip; poi abbiamo proseguito con due primi: ravioli ai tre pomodorini&hellip; e qui la nota dolente&hellip; il piatto &egrave; arrivato con una salsa arancione senza manco un pomodorino  come base ed i ravioli posizionati sopra la salsa senza essere &ldquo;mantecati&rdquo;. L&rsquo;altro primo, risotto agli scampi &hellip; riso al dente molto duro, asciutto e con uno scampo secco sicuramente non fresco e non fatto al momento.  Si presentava come un risotto gi&agrave; pronto. Comunque non consigliato per una cena romantica dove si vuole far bella figura in quanto le pietanze sono classiche pietanze da hotel. Non consigliato.

Purtroppo siamo capitati vicino un tavolo leggermente rumoroso. Per il resto tutto nella norma. Il vino sardo di alta qualit&agrave; e a prezzo bassissimo. Personale di sala ben preparato e molto gentile e disponibile. Bagni nel sottoscala ma puliti e profumati.
